Teaching kids how to count is fun, they all have their easy way of getting it, so it is important to understand they are all different and there are many different ways to teach how to count, if your child doesn't get this way, try another way that will be easy for them, never give up, but do it one step at a time, a 2 year old, who now count from 1 to 10 leant this way, but each day on number was added so he could learn step by step and revise with him so we will se if he remember the yesterdays numbers, until he got to know them all, now his ready to go to twenty, yep! his always practicing even when playing with his toys, he literally count them, so if you can, when tiding up after the kids are done playing their toys, count with them, it makes it easy and quick for them to learn how to count, be gentle on the little ones don't shout a lot but teach a lot, you got this!..
